Job summary
We are seeking to hire a Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors, directing them to the appropriate person, and maintaining a tidy, professional reception area.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and managing emails.
- Scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Sorting/distributing mail, managing couriers, and ordering office supplies.
- Monitoring visitor access and maintaining security logs.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum HND.
- Strong multitasking, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer service orientation.
- 2 years of previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is often preferred.
