Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and grow a high-performing realtor team.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new real estate agents.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Drive property sales through strong networking, client relationship management, and market intelligence.
- Attend property inspections, client meetings, and marketing events (must be able to drive).
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to senior management.
- Represent the company professionally at networking events and property showcases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields (preferred).
- 4–7 years of proven real estate sales or realtor management experience.
- Deep passion for sales and client service excellence.
- Strong sociable skills; must be outgoing, engaging, and relationship-driven.
- Ability to recruit, manage, and motivate a team of agents.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive confidently across the Mainland.
- Good knowledge of Ogudu, Ikeja, and the surrounding Mainland real estate markets.
- Energetic, confident, and approachable personality.
- Strong business acumen and target-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized and strategic thinker.
Location: Mainalnd (Ogudu, Lagos)
Remuneration: NGN 350,000 Monthly + Attractive Commissions
