Job Summary

The Realtor Manager will oversee a team of realtors, drive property sales, recruit and mentor agents, and ensure top-level client service. The role demands strong leadership, networking, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to drive independently for property inspections and client meetings.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and grow a high-performing realtor team.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new real estate agents.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Drive property sales through strong networking, client relationship management, and market intelligence.
  • Attend property inspections, client meetings, and marketing events (must be able to drive).
  • Provide regular sales reports and feedback to senior management.
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events and property showcases.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields (preferred).
  • 4–7 years of proven real estate sales or realtor management experience.
  • Deep passion for sales and client service excellence.
  • Strong sociable skills; must be outgoing, engaging, and relationship-driven.
  • Ability to recruit, manage, and motivate a team of agents.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive confidently across the Mainland.
  • Good knowledge of Ogudu, Ikeja, and the surrounding Mainland real estate markets.
  • Energetic, confident, and approachable personality.
  • Strong business acumen and target-oriented mindset.
  • Highly organized and strategic thinker.


Location: Mainalnd (Ogudu, Lagos)

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 Monthly + Attractive Commissions
