Job Summary
To ensure the sound application of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational health and safety management system, by preparing manual, creating and revising forms, performing ISO audits, assisting with the Management review, and ensuring awareness of employees on the standards, across all the processes and departments included under its scope, to achieve the effective applications of work processes.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the respective team of direct and indirect reports by contributing to effective recruitment, development, performance management, and succession planning, to maximize team performance and achieve sectional objectives.
- Contribute to the management of the section’s daily operations by providing expertise, enabling teamwork, and aligning processes, to achieve high-performance standards and meet established targets.
- Prepare and update the ISO quality and OHS manual, by setting and updating applicable processes and procedures as necessary, and attaining management approvals on the modifications, to ensure its compliance with standards and actual application in the company.
- Prepare, review, and update the used forms, by coordinating with the concerned departments, setting the form into a trial period, and approving the form with reference, to facilitate process implementation and record needed information for historical retrieval.
- Perform ISO internal audits, by setting semi-annual audit plans and coordinating with external auditors.
- Assist General Manager with the preparation for the Management Review meeting, by attaining needed data and statistics for some departments, reviewing the findings where needed, being aware of the company's operational status, and receiving advice for an action plan.
- Hold awareness sessions, by getting the department heads' approval for meeting with new employees, reviving the memory of old employees, and informing them of the ISO standards clauses and their relation to each person's work, to correlate the standard applied with the importance of each position, and to allow employees to be a part of the system.
- Supervise the communication and implementation of departmental policies and procedures, in order to ensure that all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are clearly communicated and duly fulfilled.
- Contribute to the management of departmental compliance to all relevant health and safety requirements, to guarantee employee safety and legislative compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years experience and 2 years experience in a supervisory role similar to an industry
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor is a plus.
