Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule production to meet customer demand.
- Implement quality control processes and conduct inspections.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Lead and develop production staff.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet client requirements and delivery time
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Optimize production machines/equipment operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in production management, preferably in smartcard manufacturing.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Valuable experience in managing men and machines optimally
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 - 700,000
