The Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing the entire daily production process, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements. The role also includes product formulation, quality control/quality assurance (QA/QC), and regulatory liaison duties.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all daily production activities.
- Ensure consistent adherence to production standards and established formulations.
- Formulate both new and existing products for home and personal care use.
- Manage QA/QC processes to maintain product quality and compliance.
- Serve as the liaison with NAFDAC and SON on product certifications and compliance.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate timely reports.
- Monitor raw material usage and production efficiency.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance in the production area.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a B.Sc./HND in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the production of cleaning products for home and personal care.
- Proven experience in product formulation (both new and existing).
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements from NAFDAC, SON, and related agencies.
- Ability to handle production seamlessly from start to finish.
- Good report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in QA/QC or product formulation is an added advantage
Work Schedule:
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Working Days: Monday–Saturday. Annual Leave/Allowance, Annual Bonus included
Location: Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN175,000–NGN225,000 monthly, net.
