Responsibilities:

- Break down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand explanations
- Assist with assignments, coursework, and exam preparation
- Provide practice exercises and review sessions
- Track academic progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Build the student’s confidence and independent problem-solving ability
Requirements:
- Strong academic background in Management Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience tutoring or teaching similar subjects
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Patience, adaptability, and a supportive attitude
- Ability to explain concepts in a very simplified manner (beginner-friendly)
- Availability for consistent sessions (specify days/times)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- Experience working with undergraduate students
- Familiarity with Nigerian university curriculum (a plus)
