Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare age-appropriate lesson notes and schemes of work.
- Deliver lessons in core subjects (English, Mathematics, Basic Science, Social Studies, etc.)
- Set, administer, and grade tests, exams, and continuous assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ grades, attendance, and progress reports.
- Maintain discipline, arrange seating, and create a safe, conducive learning environment.
- Attend PTA meetings and discuss student progress with parents/ guardians.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- A teaching qualification or relevant certification is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
- Passion for child development and education.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 – 100,000
