Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
- Escort guests to rooms and provide basic information when needed
- Support reception and guest requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby/entrance area
- Run errands within the hotel when required
- Report any guest complaints or security concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage
- Polite, well-mannered, and customer-friendly
- Physically fit (able to lift luggage)
- Must be punctual and responsible
- Good communication skills
Remuneration: 70,000
Location: Lekki, Lagos
