Porter

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, room escort, and property orientation.
• Support smooth check-in and check-out experiences in collaboration with the Front Desk team.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrances, and guest areas.
• Deliver guest items, packages, and amenities efficiently and discreetly.
• Uphold hotel etiquette, confidentiality, grooming, and brand service standards.
• Comply with safety, security, and emergency procedures at all times.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of an OND qualification.
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Porter, Bell Attendant, or similar role in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Experience in a resort or premium hotel setting is an advantage.
• Good understanding of guest service standards and hotel etiquette
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
• Physically fit and able to lift guest luggage.
• Strong attention to detail and guest comfort.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Familiarity with the Badagry area is an added advantage
