At our luxury hospitality destination in Badagry, every guest experience begins with a warm welcome. We are seeking a polished, courteous, and service-driven Porter to join our Front Office team and help deliver exceptional first and last impressions.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, room escort, and property orientation.
- Support smooth check-in and check-out experiences in collaboration with the Front Desk team.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrances, and guest areas.
- Deliver guest items, packages, and amenities efficiently and discreetly.
- Uphold hotel etiquette, confidentiality, grooming, and brand service standards.
- Comply with safety, security, and emergency procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND qualification.
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Porter, Bell Attendant, or similar role in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Experience in a resort or premium hotel setting is an advantage.
- Good understanding of guest service standards and hotel etiquette
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Physically fit and able to lift guest luggage.
- Strong attention to detail and guest comfort.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Familiarity with the Badagry area is an added advantage
