Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily dry cleaning processes, staff scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and maintain a professional, service-driven environment.
- Monitor sales and expenses, handle budgeting and cash management, and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
Requirements:
- 2 years in a supervisory or management role (dry cleaning experience a plus)
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Basic financial and computer literacy
- Good communication and organizational abilities
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
