Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate security patrol activities to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of security personnel to evaluate performance and compliance with established protocols.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies and provide appropriate guidance and support to staff.
- Compile and analyze reports on security incidents and prepare recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a security supervisor or similar role in the security industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and law enforcement agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and incident management.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and security technology.
- Ability to recruit, train, and deploy guards.
