Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers and internal staff
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
- Assist with onboarding users (accounts, tools, access)
- Escalate unresolved issues
- Maintain support documentation and FAQs
- Work with internal teams to improve systems
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Basic programming knowledge (PHP, JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
