Job summary

We are looking for a professional receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our guests.

Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Anambra, Nigeria

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check in guests.
  • Handle reservations and bookings.
  • Manage guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Operate hotel management software.
  • Provide excellent customer service.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an OND.
  • At least 2 years of hotel front desk experience.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.


Remuneration: NGN  70,000 - 100,000 Monthly
