We are looking for a professional receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in guests.
- Handle reservations and bookings.
- Manage guest inquiries and complaints.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Operate hotel management software.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND.
- At least 2 years of hotel front desk experience.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 100,000 Monthly
