Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Short-Term Rentals Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of multiple short-term rental properties. This key role is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction, property maintenance, and overall operational efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Property Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of multiple short-term rental properties, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
- Schedule maintenance, fumigation, landscaping and other services as needed.
- Coordinate property cleaning and turnovers between guest stays to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Resolving problems reported by cleaners
- Build SOP’s
- Filing damage claims
Guest Experience:
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries, issues, and requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Implement and maintain guest communication procedures to ensure seamless check-in, check-out, and a positive overall experience
- Oversee each check in goes smoothly
- Analyzing guest reviews and shortlisting improvement opportunities
- Calling guests and soliciting feedback
- Define, refine and scale processes as we grow
Inventory and Supplies Management:
- Oversee inventory control and supply management, ensuring properties are adequately stocked and equipped for guests' needs
- Standardize product supplies
- Track inventory usage
Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage property budgets, expenses, and revenues to ensure profitability.
- Prepare financial reports for each property, including income statements and expense reports, and develop strategies to optimize property revenue.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Group guests in different avatars and implement marketing strategies for each avatar
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust pricing and marketing strategies.
- Improve digital presence and advertisement
- Local business outreach
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in property management, preferably in short-term rentals or the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and tools.
- Financial acumen for budgeting and expense control.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Availability to respond to emergencies and guest inquiries outside regular working hours.
