Job Summary
EA Agro Allied Co seeks a competent Head of Operations to oversee all staff, budgets, and operations of the local business unit this includes taking the lead of EA Agro Allied ventures. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference- Increase sales by 40% in the next 3 months on the company products and increase request of sales of commodities. Business Management professional with a passion for the job, able to employ unique leadership, operational Accounting and marketing techniques. You will be a skilled business management and development strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm. The goal is to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues in order to thrive against competitors.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
- Engage in international transactions – in agricultural commodities for the company, creating structures that can effectively meet customer demands on time and quality.
- Generate local agricultural commodities requests to meet local customers’ demands,
- Create an avenue for the sales of EA Agro Allied Co Ltd. factory products locally, nationally, and internationally.
- Manage EA Agro Allied Local Operations, farms factories, and partnerships.
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines, etc.
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design, and organizing the company’s publications.
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
- Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients and build strategic partnerships in others.
- Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities.
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
- Devise innovative growth strategies.
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, design strategy, and set goals for growth.
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
- Set policies and processes.
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance. Prepare cost accounting and advise on export Pricing.
- Reconcile all Expense accounts- weekly. Reconcile all Inter-company accounts.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Direct the employee assessment process.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management.
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors) market, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring
- our profits are on the rise.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years as an operation Manager.
- Excellent leadership and organizing skills.
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
- Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.) and Google AdWords, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Social Media Marketing and, Network Marketing
- Aptitude to place EA Agro-Allied products in container commercial quantities in international markets.
- International trade- Import and Export trade.
- Shipping Logistics and international trade protocols.
- Through knowledge of the Agricultural sector and Agro-Allied Products and buyers’ requisitions.
- Have a knack for finding growth where others can't reach it themselves by monitoring and collaborating cross-departments or reaching out externally with a customer-oriented approach with aptitude.
- Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus.
- BSc/BA/ MBA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 350,000
