Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaners and field teams
- Manage staff scheduling and deployment across multiple job sites (residential, Airbnb, and corporate clients)
- Monitor and ensure the quality of all cleaning jobs
- Handle client communication, bookings, feedback, and relationship management
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and equipment
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed
- Prepare reports and provide insights to support business decisions
