Job Summary
Our client is looking for a self-motivated and results-driven operations manager to direct and manage our organization to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Duties will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities and monitoring financial activities. It also includes generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability and meeting business objectives. The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting, and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.
- Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
- Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
- Oversees the loading and receiving functions.
- Determines labor needs to meet production goals.
- Assists with budget preparation for operations unit.
- Coordinates with marketing and sales departments to determine pricing, timing, and number of sales promotions, and products to be sold.
- Assists with, or prepares and updates, organization’s operations manual and policies.
- Performs other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
- Good knowledge of different business functions.
