Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and oversee operational activities to achieve business goals
• Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and best practices.
• Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Lead, motivate, and support operations team members within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
• Collaborate with other departments (HR, Finance, Sales, etc.) to align operations with company goals.
• Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures and recommend improvements.
• Oversee inventory, supply chain, and logistics processes.
• Prepare regular reports for upper management regarding operational performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 1-2 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and business management software (e.g., ERP, CRM).

Preferred Skills:

• Six Sigma/Lean certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
