Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate interpretation between Mandarin and English during meetings, site activities, and daily operations
- Translate documents, reports, emails, and technical materials as required
- Facilitate smooth communication between Chinese expatriates and local staff
- Support administrative and operational teams with language-related tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist in bridging cultural and communication gaps within the organization
Requirements:
- Proven fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience as a translator or interpreter is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
