The Managing Director will work closely with the CEO of our parent company and be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the achievement of the company's strategic

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's strategic goals and objectives in collaboration with the Board of Directors.

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, working closely with the CEO to set and implement business objectives, policies, and initiatives.

  • Lead senior management team meetings, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, market share, and profitability.

  • Oversee and monitor the day-to-day operations of all departments, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration between different functions.

  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to regularly assess organizational performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement

  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's long-term financial sustainability.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and networks to expand the company's market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative strategies to stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the management team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Attract, recruit, and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability in foam manufacturing or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering financial results.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, including market expansion and product diversification.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Familiarity with the foam manufacturing industry is a plus.
