Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals. Generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Act as the main point of contact for key customers.
- Customer Onboarding & Support: Guide new clients through the onboarding process. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on performance metrics and sales results. Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
Requirements:
- Preferably male and Igbo
- Must be based in Lagos.
- Must be 35 and Above.
