Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives at Plumeria Fragrance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and market expansion, with additional knowledge in accounting considered an advantage.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities locally and internationally.
  • Build and sustain relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Design and implement strategic marketing and sales plans.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
  • Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and business performance metrics.
  • Work closely with product development and operations teams.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business development or sales, ideally within the fragrance, FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven success in achieving sales and growth targets.
  • Accounting background or knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
