Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities locally and internationally.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Design and implement strategic marketing and sales plans.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
- Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and business performance metrics.
- Work closely with product development and operations teams.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business development or sales, ideally within the fragrance, FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proven success in achieving sales and growth targets.
- Accounting background or knowledge is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel when required.
