Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate and Manages the Bank Portfolio (Deposit & Credit)
- Drive the branch team to ensure that customers’ needs are met
- Develop strategy & roadmap for improving the financial performance of the Bank
- Build long lasting relationships with customers
- Create a culture of high performance among staff within the Bank
- Ensure that Bank’s procedures are followed to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate Credit Appraisal & Deposit Mobilization
- Drive the actualization of financial and non-financial targets
- Coordinate business development initiatives
- Risk assets marketing.
- Meet the different e-channels target of the bank.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Economics or a related discipline.
- A post-graduate Degree in Business, Finance or Economics is an added advantage.
- 3 - 5 years post-graduate experience.
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 500,000
