Management & Business Development
We are looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Manager to join our team and manage multiple businesses owned by Fantwin Logistics. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will work closely with the Client to achieve the objectives set forth by the Client.

- Experience Length:5 years
- Manage 2 - 4 businesses owned by Fantwin Logistics
- Oversee dispatch logistics, social media management, and affiliate marketing platform
- Manage 2 - 4 employees, ensuring quality employees are hired and maintaining punctuality among all employees
- Maintaining team chemistry and morale
- Manage employee salaries and ensure all payments are made on time and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage all company equipment and ensure it is properly maintained and used in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Provide regular reports on the progress of each business
- Maintain confidentiality of all confidential information of Client.
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Manager in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple businesses simultaneously
- Knowledge of dispatch logistics, social media management, and affiliate marketing platform.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000
