Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Design strategy and set goals for growth.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Stock management and good procurement ability.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
- Direct the employee assessment process.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management.
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Manager or similar executive role in the food and beverage industry.
- Experience in planning and budgeting.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
Location: Candidate must live in close proximity to Lagos Island.
