Job Summary
We are searching for a reliable, organized Management Trainee to join our organization. Management trainees undergo training that will enable them to advance to management positions within an orange Group. They work closely with senior personnel, learning techniques, and technical competencies and gaining the knowledge required to run a company smoothly. Management Trainees are required to deliver on projects and complete evaluations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Completing all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, and learning how to handle disputes
- Attending meetings and workshops, traveling to other offices, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation.
- You should also be able to complete any required evaluations.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a HND/BSc in any related discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
- Attention to detail and be able to promptly identify problems.
- Outstanding candidates will have great leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
