- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Relevant technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is required; additional certifications in maintenance or electrical fields are an advantage.
- Prior experience in maintenance within the hospitality industry or a similar field
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.
