Job summary

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Onboarding Executive to join our team. The role involves ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, providing exceptional customer support, and building lasting relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into our tech security solutions.
  • Educate clients on products and services, offering guidance on how to maximize value.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, and Operations) to resolve client issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and generate reports on service performance.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer experience and onboarding efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in customer service, client onboarding, or account management (experience in tech/security industry is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
  • Certifications in Customer Service or CRM tools (added advantage).
  • Must be based in Lagos or willing to relocate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High emotional intelligence and customer empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
