Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Technical Operations Management
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of charging and swapping station equipment.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SGX hub technical operations.
- Responsible for assembly of swapping cabinets and battery testing
Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of technicians and engineers to ensure high performance.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to achieve operational efficiency.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments of technical infrastructure.
Project Oversight:
- Manage technical projects, including system upgrades and new installations, from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical projects with business goals.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze hub equipment performance data to identify inefficiencies or potential issues.
- Develop and execute plans for performance optimization.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance hub operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
