Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative functions of the school, including facilities management, logistics, procurement, and general office administration.
  • Oversee student admissions processes, record-keeping, and support staff coordination to ensure smooth school operations
  • Ensure adherence to school policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage administrative budgets and resources efficiently to support school activities.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels between school management, staff, students and parents
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase student enrollment, introduce new academic programs, or expand the school's offerings.
  • Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, corporate organisations, government bodies, and community groups to create new opportunities for the school.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth and innovation within the education sector.
  • Collaborate with academic and creative teams to develop new courses, workshops, or specialised programs that align with market demand and the school's vision.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns that promote the school's unique selling propositions to target audiences.
  • Explore and implement diverse revenue streams beyond tuition fees, such as grants, sponsorships, training programs, or facility rentals.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or a Master's degree in Education is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8- 10 years of progressive experience in an administrative role within an educational institution.
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in business development, sales, marketing, or partnership management, preferably within the education or related service industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving growth targets and building strategic relationships.


Location:
Lekki 
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 500,000 Monthly
