Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Partnership Development:
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships that align with the company's goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership success, from integration to ongoing relationship management.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, technology platforms, and other ecosystem players to drive revenue and growth.
- Foster and manage relationships with key partners, negotiating agreements and ensuring mutual business benefits.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Market Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform business strategy and decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Oversee key account management, ensuring strong, long-term relationships with major clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of client's needs and translate them into solutions that drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field (MBA or equivalent is preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the FinTech, financial services, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial technologies, digital banking, payments, and blockchain
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong network within the FinTech ecosystem is a plus.
