Job Summary
We are seeking a Head of Partnership who will be responsible for driving strategic collaborations, sponsorships, and revenue-generating partnerships for the organisation. The role focuses on building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with brands, agencies, corporate clients, and communities to expand the organisation’s reach, visibility, and commercial value.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and secure partnership and sponsorship opportunities that align with the organisation’s brand vision and audience.
- Develop and negotiate partnership contracts and commercial deals with external organisations, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term value.
- Build and manage group booking arrangements and B2B collaborations that drive viewership and sales.
- Maintain brand alignment across all partner initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
- Oversee all sponsorship activities from proposal through activation and reporting, ensuring partners achieve agreed KPIs.
- Develop strategic sales initiatives to increase the organisation’s market presence and grow corporate relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, and Operations) to design integrated campaigns and co-branded experiences.
- Monitor partnership performance, prepare regular progress reports, and recommend improvements.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to strengthen relationships and explore new business opportunities.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships is an advantage.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in partnerships, sales, or sponsorship management ideally within media, entertainment, or digital industries.
- Understanding of the entertainment, media, and streaming industry ecosystem.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and sponsorship metrics.
- Competency in CRM and partnership tracking tools.
- Good knowledge of contract structures, partnership legal frameworks, and brand integration.
- Proven track record in developing and closing high-value partnership or sponsorship deals.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing collaborations, and B2B sales.
- Ability to conceptualise and design win–win partnership models.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High commercial awareness with a focus on driving measurable results.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
Remuneration: NGN 800,000
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Work Mode: Hybrid, 3 days (onsite) 2 days (remote)
Work Hours: Monday - Friday
