Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Represent the company in strategic partnerships, negotiations, and high-level stakeholder engagements
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Oversee business functions including property development, sales, marketing, legal, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth coordination and high performance.
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes, systems, and policies to support growth and profitability.
- Drive business expansion strategies, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality service and meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Board to set strategic priorities, manage risks, and ensure sustainable business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree/MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 8–10 years of senior management experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth.
- In-depth understanding of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to build systems, lead teams, and execute large-scale initiatives.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management abilities.
