Job Summary
The is a senior position for a job holder who would be adept at deals/business generation and execution. Responsible for originating a wide spectrum of business deals cutting across the key revenue generating lines in the Bank (Investment Banking, Treasury & Global Markets and Corporate Banking), Securities business and Asset Management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Establish a strategic collaborative work programme with the various business development arms of the Bank and subsidiaries (GSL and GAML).
- Originate, maintain, and develop business relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals, Corporate Clients, and State Governments in line with the Bank’s risk appetite.
- Establish a business generating link bank where all back-office staff in the Bank and subsidiaries can share business links and details for follow-ups and conversion into revenue-generating transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Banking & Finance, or equivalent
- A postgraduate degree in Business Development, Investment, Management, or a Professional qualification is an added advantage
- A minimum of 12 years of core business development experience inthe financial services industry
- Good understanding of the economic drivers of structured finance transactions.
- Strong affinity to credit risk analysis in structured finance transactions.
- Proven track record in a variety of structured finance
transactions/portfolio risk analysis.
- Proven experience in strategic management.
