This role exists primarily to grow the Diagnostic Services of the Group by developing new valuable businesses and partnerships to support and sustain the growth agenda of the company's Diagnostic business.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
- Responsible for generating and growing the turnover of the company's Diagnostic Services across the Country.
- Manage and coordinate on-ground sales and marketing activities for the business including getting data to support the Business growth agenda.
- Maintain a healthy funnel of opportunities to be closed month on month – HMOs, Private Hospitals/companies, Public Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers etc.
- Own the forecast process including funnel maintenance of the channel in the assigned territory
- Develop strategies to increase patronage and position the company's Diagnostic Services as a service of choice
- Work closely with the Operational teams and Clinicians to develop value adding programs and initiatives to expand the services and drive customer and consumer retention
Business Development·
- Explore, Develop and Maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Maintain a healthy funnel of new locations and new services to be developed and launched each quarter
- Acquire Key Accounts/Customer across the country to drive growth and retention
- Identify and develop new businesses, channel opportunities, collection centers and customer needs to ensure business growth
Account/ Relationship Management:
- Provide input for the business planning exercise: market trends, competitor behavior, potential projects and other relevant business information of the Healthcare Diagnostic Industry
- Ensure a smooth and productive relationship with Partners & Stakeholders, Clinical and operational Staff etc.
- Develop and maintain up to date market intelligence on available/potential opportunities, competition, threats within the territory and develop strategies to address them.
- Maintain a healthy data base of accounts and ensure optimal relationship management of key clients for the Business
Administrative / Team Management:
- Drive performance management of the team
- Timely preparation of reports weekly, monthly or otherwise required
- Coach and develop front line commercial staff, providing direction in achieving set targets
- Effectively manage all commercial staff and line reports in line with established Performance Management principles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Medical or related Sciences, Business Management or Marketing
- Minimum 10 years Business development working experience in the healthcare sector particularly in Diagnostic Services
- Experience leading and managing a commercial team
- Experience in Developing and executing Sales Strategy
