Growth Manager
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Growth Manager to lead and scale our growth efforts across the full customer lifecycle. This role requires a strong leader who can combine data-driven decision-making with creative problem-solving to unlock sustainable, long-term growth.

Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and referral.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel growth campaigns (paid, organic, partnerships, lifecycle marketing).
- Design and scale a rigorous experimentation framework, including A/B and multivariate testing across product and marketing channels.
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and leadership to implement high-impact growth initiatives.
- Optimize customer journeys and conversion funnels across all touchpoints.
- Establish and track key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, retention) and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including market expansion, new channels, and innovative tactics.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth team (where applicable).
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize return on investment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or related roles, preferably in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
- Demonstrated success in scaling user acquisition and revenue measurably and sustainably.
- Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies and growth frameworks.
- Deep expertise across digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid media, social, email, lifecycle marketing).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
