We are seeking a results-oriented travel sales & client success executive responsible for converting travel inquiries into bookings while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the client journey. The successful candidate will manage sales inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, close bookings, maintain client relationships, and ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.

- Respond promptly to inquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, website forms, and social media channels.
- Qualify leads and identify customer travel requirements.
- Present travel solutions and package recommendations.
- Prepare travel quotations and proposals.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Support operational requirements as needed.
- Experience in sales, customer service, travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
