We are seeking a results-oriented travel sales & client success executive responsible for converting travel inquiries into bookings while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the client journey. The successful candidate will manage sales inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, close bookings, maintain client relationships, and ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
  • Respond promptly to inquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, website forms, and social media channels.
  • Qualify leads and identify customer travel requirements.
  • Present travel solutions and package recommendations.
  • Prepare travel quotations and proposals.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide professional travel advice and destination recommendations.
  • Manage customer expectations throughout the booking process.
  • Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.

Booking Management:
  • Coordinate travel bookings and reservations.
  • Verify booking details and client documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and required documents.

Client Success & Retention:
  • Conduct post-travel follow-ups.
  • Encourage referrals, repeat bookings, and customer loyalty.
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Support upselling opportunities for premium services, upgrades, tours, and add-ons.

Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Maintain CRM and client databases.
  • Track sales performance and booking activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports.
  • Support operational requirements as needed.

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales, customer service, travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Experience in travel sales is an advantage.

  • Monthly revenue generated.
  • Number of bookings closed.
  • Lead-to-booking conversion rate.
  • Customer satisfaction rating.
