One of the leading EdTech company is looking to hire the role below. The Growth Associate and managers will be responsible for the conversion of all leads by ensuring that the prospective clients register, pays, and has all the necessary information needed to thrive in the learning program.

  • Experience Level:Entry level
  • Experience Length:1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team to ensure that the company is on top of its game with its strategic initiatives.
  • Support the team to create a detailed plan on how each initiative will be implemented and ensures proper execution.
  • Make calls to prospective and potential clients, educate them about the learning programs, and convert them to our training schools.
  • Support in conducting consultation sessions, marketing sessions like Twitter space, etc.
  • Be actively involved in the social media marketing of activities for the training school and help build a strategic relationship.
  • Represent the company at low-level strategic meetings.
  • Manage internal relationships to drive program success.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSC Graduate [preferably in Social Science]
  • 1 - 2 years prior experience in Tele Sales is a must.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit, Impact Focus
  • Ability to work with less supervision.


Remuneration: NGN 80,000 plus Commission on sales 


Location: Omole Phase 2, Berger. Only candidates residing within the proximity of the job location will be considered.
