Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistent, high-quality communication with potential and existing partners and clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement with our culturally inspired games.
- Design and execute strategies to attract new users, retain loyal players, and increase revenue across our crash, card, and number game offerings.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to expand our market reach—especially through B2B channels such as corporate clients, bulk distributors, and platform partners locally and globally.
- Drive lead-generation initiatives through digital marketing, social media, and on-ground activations at gaming hubs, community events, and cultural festivals.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and affiliate relationships that align with our brand’s mission.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns, game launches, and community activations support the company’s growth goals.
- Supervise and enhance day-to-day operations across our gaming hubs, digital platforms, and live events to deliver seamless player experiences.
- Develop and implement efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support consistency, scalability, and cultural relevance across teams and touchpoints.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics such as user engagement, session data, sales conversions, and activation impact.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely, high-quality support for operational and promotional needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams—spanning sales, partnerships, and operations—with a focus on accountability, mentorship, and clear performance objectives.
- Represent Shacks Evolutions as an enthusiastic brand ambassador at gaming summits, tech conferences, cultural expos, and other industry
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
