Job Summary
We are searching for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our program. Your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, and attending meetings and workshops to gain practical experience. You should keep an accurate record of your time at the company and be able to pass a competency test at the end of the program. Successful candidates would be given a full-time opportunity with the organization where they can further grow in a career path. To be successful as a graduate intern, you should be willing to learn about various aspects of the company and build your knowledge base of the area of service provided in the company.

Job Description/Requirements
Terms of program
- Provisional (temporary) employment is given to candidates at the point of entry
- Candidates will be trained on both soft skills and technical knowledge required
- Candidates will be expected to be available for training each day for a month.
- An evaluation will be conducted after each training session and the candidate will be scored.
- For those who score below average, the assessment will be repeated once and scored again.
Requirement:
- Minimum academic qualification of a BSc degree in Science, Accounting, or Social Sciences from a reputable tertiary institution
- Candidates with 0 - 2 years of work experience
- Candidate must not be lower than 25 years of age.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent learning abilities and a willingness to grow.
- A positive attitude and an adaptable mindset.
- Can-do, resilient, team player
- Ability to multi-task and can eager to learn
- Must have a strong work ethic.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 monthly gross
