Requirements:
- Proficient in using various computer software and applications for data analysis, reporting, and team collaboration.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management) or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a similar industry or department.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with a track record of achieving results.
- Sound knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with performance management techniques and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
