Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy and Planning: You will develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives. This may involve analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and formulating business strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Financial Management: You will oversee the financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This may involve monitoring expenses, managing cash flow, and ensuring the company operates within its budgetary limits.
- Sales and Marketing: You will lead the sales and marketing efforts of the cleaning company. This may involve developing marketing strategies, identifying target markets, and overseeing the implementation of sales initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Client Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This may involve conducting client meetings, addressing concerns or issues, and proactively seeking feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
- Staff Management and Development: You will be responsible for managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management. This may involve setting performance goals, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing guidance and support to staff members.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: You will ensure that the cleaning services provided by the company meet or exceed quality standards. This may involve implementing quality assurance processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Operational Efficiency: You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes and workflows are efficient and effective. This may involve streamlining procedures, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing technology solutions to enhance productivity.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: You will manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials. This may involve negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and seeking opportunities for cost savings.
- Risk Management: You will identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, including financial, operational, and legal risks. This may involve implementing appropriate risk management strategies, maintaining insurance coverage, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc degree in Business or any related field
- At least 5 years of working experience
- Good leadership skills
- Business management skills.
Remuneration: NGN 3,000,000- 4,800,000
