Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for manufacturing operations and drive business performance.
- Oversee production planning, quality assurance, plant maintenance, and HSE compliance.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage manufacturing costs, budgets, and operational efficiency.
- Lead Factory Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to executive management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a BSc in any related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience
