Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily terminal operations, vehicle movements, departures, arrivals, and passenger boarding.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve passenger complaints.
- Supervise terminal staff, drivers, and other operational personnel.
- Monitor safety, compliance, vehicle availability, and operational standards.
- Monitor ticketing, collections, expenses, and terminal performance.
- Coordinate with drivers, logistics managers, the operations team, and management.
- Prepare regular operational reports and escalate incidents or challenges.
- Identify operational gaps and implement appropriate improvements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in transport management, business administration, logistics, operations, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, terminal, fleet, or operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage operational challenges.
- Candidates residing in the respective location are preferred.
- Male candidates are preferred based on current operational requirements.
Location: Awka, Onitsha & Ekwulobia, Anambra
Remuneration: NGN 450,000 Monthly
