Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share.
- Oversee production operations and resource optimisation.
- Lead product development and innovation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Manage customer and partner relationships.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in senior leadership, preferably in smartcard manufacturing.
- Strong strategic, operational, and financial management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills and a winning attitude.
Remuneration: NGN 1 Million - 1.2 Million
