Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the company’s business operations
- Management and coordination of line managers and line operations
- Aligning the company’s business with competitive forces
- Business financing and financing strategy
- Ensuring adherent to policies and procedures as enunciated by the board of directors
- Compliance framework legal, regulating and institutional\organizational
- Staff reward and discipline \appraisal
- Budget and budgetary control
- Assets safeguards
- Liaison with expert services providers – external audit, legal, consultants etc
- Exercise \execute any other authorities and responsibilities as may be assigned by the executive chairman \CEO\Board.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of B.sc accounting\ economics, business administration
- Fellow of institute of chartered accountant of Nigeria (FCA)
- MBA (Masters of business Administration)
- 8 - 10 years relevant industry experience.
- The maximum entry point age for this position is 45 years
Remuneration: This is negotiable in accordance with qualifications and experience
