Responsibilities:
- Host and facilitate multiple games during scheduled events.
- Clearly explain game rules and manage transitions between rounds.
- Manage time strictly and keep the event on schedule.
- Handle participant questions, disputes, and clarifications calmly and fairly.
- Coordinate with the operations team on logistics and setup.
- Maintain accurate scoring where required.
- Ensure equipment and materials are properly handled and returned.
- Represent the brand professionally during all interactions.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Confident speaking in front of groups (20–40 people).
- Ability to command attention without being aggressive.
- Good time management.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Comfortable using microphones and basic event tech.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Experience hosting events, moderating, teaching, or leading group activities.
- Experience in entertainment, debate moderation, quiz hosting, or live facilitation.
Work mode: Part-time (Weekly Event-Based) Saturdays, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
