Colala Mall is a fast-growing online marketplace dedicated to connecting quality vendors with a wider customer base. We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Agents to join our team in Lagos to expand our vendor network

- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new quality vendors to our platform.
- Promote Colala Mall and show sellers the value of joining.
- Hit weekly & monthly sales/onboarding targets.
- Build lasting relationships with vendors and drive engagement.
- Explore strategic marketplaces, trade clusters, and business communities for aggressive onboarding campaigns.
- Ensure vendors complete subscription payments and are activated.
- Spot opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or vendor onboarding.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet/exceed targets.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and highly networked in Lagos.
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Type: 3-Month Contract
