Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage production activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- Coordinate workflow between departments (cutting, sewing, finishing)
- Lead and motivate factory staff for optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Collaborate with the design and management team to meet business goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a garment production/fashion factory
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000 Monthly
