Job Summary

This is your chance to shape the backbone of Venco’s marketplace and monetization engine. You’ll build and manage value chains across vendors, partners, and community services while creating the systems that unlock revenue at scale. We’re looking for a strategic operator with a commercial mindset, someone who understands platform ecosystems and can drive adoption, retention, and profitability.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and rollout of monetization strategies across core product lines (marketplace, utilities, resident services, etc.).
  • Manage the lifecycle of ecosystem partners, including onboarding, configuration, performance tracking, and support.
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Operations to align platform features with monetization opportunities.
  • Experiment with new revenue levers, pricing models, and vendor features to drive platform utility and stickiness.
  • Define and monitor ecosystem health metrics, user retention, order fulfillment, vendor activity, and more.
  • Develop SOPs, toolkits, and processes that enable vendor success and platform scale.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in the value chain and propose new service lines or integrations.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ecosystem design, platform operations, or marketplace monetization.
  • Experience managing multi-sided platforms (e.g. marketplace, logistics, fintech, SaaS).
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, able to turn data into action.
  • A structured problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and automation in managing platform operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field. A master’s is a plus.

Remuneration: NGN 500,000 - 800,000
